Frederick died aged 86 years, April 15, 1936, at 6 Stainbeck Street, Leeds.
He is described variously as a vaccination officer, and engineer.
He married Sarah Elizabeth Robinson in Saint Georges Chapel, Leeds, on June 9, 1878.
Frederick is the father of ALICE MAUD HAINSWORTH.
They had a family of seven children.

This picture shows him wearing the insignia of the Grand Master of the Ancient order of Odd Fellows, not unlike the Freemasons. ‘Pa’ Hainsworth was at one time the Grand Master of the lodge to which he belonged.
